On a day to day basis, Anwar & Romana manage and run Blackstone Wealth.

Anwar has worked in financial services for over a decade, within which time he has amassed a range of experiences including dealing with conventional banking products, providing mortgage advice and full holistic financial advice.
Anwar always places his clients at the heart of everything he does. He lives and breathes the core values of Blackstone Wealth, respect, trust, value and excellent service.
He is a firm believer in personal development, and as such has built an exceptional level of technical knowledge. Anwar is a Chartered adviser, a feat only achieved by roughly 12% of the adviser population.
Outside of work, Anwar has 3 children, who take up any remaining free time. Where he is able to squeeze a bit of free time, he’s likely reading up on market changes or the latest technological developments.

Independent Financial Adviser
Since graduating with a degree in Economics and Management, Tahmid has developed his career within the financial services industry. He provides holistic financial advice to individuals, trusts and small businesses, helping clients plan towards their long-term financial goals.
Tahmid places particular emphasis on listening to and understanding each client's individual circumstances, needs and objectives before providing advice tailored to them. He holds a Diploma in Financial Planning and is currently working towards Chartered status, including completing the Advanced Diploma with the Chartered Insurance Institute.
Outside the office, Tahmid is a keen sports enthusiast and enjoys football, badminton and padel, as well as reading both fiction and non-fiction. He also regularly participates in charitable events and has completed the Marrakech Marathon twice and the Tough Mudder challenge in support of the Human Relief Foundation.

Operations Manager
Romana has spent over a decade working within the banking and finance industry, exclusively in client facing roles.
Possessing exceptional interpersonal skills, she strives to make a real difference to the lives of her clients and coworkers.
She brings a wealth of experience to Blackstone Wealth, ensuring the smooth running of the firm.
In her spare time, she loves to cook and bake, along with travelling the world where time allows.
Fun fact, she's Welsh.
